Why Would I Need a Writer?

Then What Is It?

It’s one of my biggest frustrations: people asking, “why would I need a writer? I learned how to write when I was seven years old!”

You need a writer because you’re not one. A professional writer will be clearer, more concise, and more compelling than you will–and it will take her less time to be all of those things.

Writers aren’t just grammar and punctuation gurus (although yes, we do love us some grammar and punctuation!). We’re professional thinkers, analysts, developers, designers, editors, organizers. We make complicated stuff easier. We make funny stuff hilarious. We make scary stuff downright terrifying. And, if we’re any good at it, we do it with a smile.

Good writers love to write.
